Over the years this type of accommodation has become a true Bush2Beach specialty, offering “everything you need and nothing you don’t”. The safari experience is paramount with “special camp sites” reserved privately for you to base your game drives out of. If you need to rest then your driver guide will take you back to the camp to sit and ponder under a shady tree or in the private mess tent.

The Mobile Fly-Camping setup has been designed in that your comfort level will not be compromised and you really can afford to flop back and simple do nothing, there will always be time for game drives and the beauty of these quiet camp locations is that the wildlife although knowing and weary of your existence still pass by with the flick of a tail and the wink of an eye.

Game drives and the wildlife are truly amazing but allowing that time to reflect is empowering and grounding at the same time, soaking in the ambiance that your own private piece of Serengeti will reveal to you after spending a few days based in one spot.

Safaris should not be all about go go go it is important part of a well designed wildlife safari to stop and just be still for awhile. As our Mobile Fly-Camping set-up is so comprehensive it also opens up the freedom to roam and deliver you the intrepid adventurer traveler to these truly magnificent wilderness areas, which would otherwise be non accessible.

Mobile Fly-Camping Setup

Travelling with our Mobile Fly-Camping setup might not offer the luxury of an oversized safari tent with en-suite facilities, our set-up is mobile after all. However, looking at the entire list of what will be available to you, it is clear this does not mean you will not travel in true comfort.

• Sleeping tents - 3 meters square x 2.4 meter high canvas rip-stop dome-tents.
• Single and Double camp beds with 2 m. x 1 m. x 75cm (thick) high density foam mattresses with fitted covers.
• Full bedding, fitted sheets, tops sheets, duvet and pillows.
• Extra Safari camp table for drinking water and personal items inside your sleeping tent.

• A mess-tent with drop-down mosquito netting – 4 opening doors to allow the cool breezes to come through during the hottest part of the day.
• Camp tables and comfortable Safari Chairs.
• Kerosene and solar-chargeable camp lights, solar-rechargeable tent lanterns, hand torch and emergency whistle.

• Toilet and Shower tents – Chemical toilets are a must in the National Parks and hot water is available on request for private bush showers.
• Face and Hand towels (we recommend you bring your own as we can not guarantee clean towels daily due to the nature of the safari and water and drying problems that we face from being mobile)

• All cutlery and crockery for breakfast and dinner – hot lunches can be provided and will be decided amongst the camp crew on how each day will unfold in regards to game activities.
• Bush Bar - When preparing your mobile fly-camping safari we stock a bush bar with your favorite beverages that you can purchase and settle with the camp host at the end of the trip. We do our utmost to provide a cold beer or a nice glass of chilled white wine but again due to the nature and location of some of these camps, ice is a harder find than the shy leopard).
• Mineral Drinking water x 1.5 liters per day per person (water is also available from the bush bar).
