Balloon safaris are an optional extra in Serengeti National Park.You will be picked up from your lodge at 05.30 and head to the launching site. The flight is at dawn, sometimes just above the tree tops offering a unique photographic opportunity. The pilot will also climb up to 1000’ to give you an overview of the enormity of the panoramic Serengeti.
