Eco Shamba Kilole Lodge is located in the Mafia Island area of the Tanzania Coast.
Hidden in a lush garden, this lodge only offers 6 rooms.
3 rooms are on the landward side and they include a double or twin beds and a walk-in bathroom. It's very clean and functional, with a washbasin and shower, clean towels and basic toiletries. Each room has a simple design and African style furnishings and mosquito nets are available.
3 suites are on the seaward side of the property, offering a bit more of a view and there is a slightly better prospect of a breeze. More attention has gone into decor and furnishing.
The loge may be small, but the personal service is excellent. Delicious Italian dishes (with an African twist) are served in the restaurant.
Diving, snorkeling and local boat sailing are the most outstanding activities which can be booked on side (additional costs may apply).
