Kinasi lodge is located on an amazingly quiet beach overlooking Chole Bay, of Mafia Island. This intimate and lovely resort, situated in an old cashew and coconut plantation, provides a luxury stay amidst stylish décor and magnificent natural surroundings of the protected marine park.
The lodge features 14 rooms. 5 of them are sea front and 7 are garden view, but the rooms are all of a similar stylish layout and design.
Kinasi is lucky enough to be located on a steep hillside which allows for a cooling breeze to pass through the lodge and rooms. This elevation also gives good height for scenic views of the ocean and Chole Bay.
The sitting room and bar area is open-sided and with comfortable furnishing, complete with cushions, magazines and a reference library for all local interest. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is well designed with a poolside barbeque and bar.
There are many activities like windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. They have an on-site tour guide too who will happily take you on a very interesting walk around the local village! Additional charges may apply.
