From Kilimanjaro’s Slopes to the Wild Frontiers of East Africa

Raised in the vibrant town of Moshi at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, Thomas’s journey into the wild began where Africa touches the sky. Starting as a porter on Africa’s highest peak, his determination and deep love for nature propelled him to rise through the ranks—first as a Mountain Guide, and later as a Safari Guide with an impressive command of East Africa’s landscapes.

Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management from the esteemed College of African Wildlife in Mweka. With over a decade of guiding experience under his belt, he has led hundreds of successful summits on Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, as well as unforgettable safaris across Tanzania and Uganda’s most iconic national parks.

Respected for his adaptability and deep cultural knowledge, Thomas tailors every journey to match his clients’ pace, interests, and comfort—whether it’s navigating rugged mountain trails or tracking wildlife across the savannah. His passion for conservation and storytelling enriches every adventure, turning each trip into a meaningful and memorable experience.

When he's not guiding, Thomas is an explorer at heart. He enjoys cycling, hiking, and discovering new wild places—and has even taken on the thrill of rafting through the Grand Canyon in the U.S.
